This NFPA “G” rated carabiner uses the Keylock snag-free design, is over 20% lighter than similar size carabiners due to the use of heat treated alloy steel and has a larger than normal gate opening. The patent-pending sleeve/gate closure results in a much stronger than normal sleeve, which is very strong in resisting an inward force against the sleeve/gate.
